1. Scope of Services:

Consultant will implement a 24/7 Revenue Capture Infrastructure designed to capture, respond to, and book high-value inquiries through the following automated systems:

24/7 Missed Call Recovery: Instant AI-driven voice engagement for any unanswered inbound calls to ensure no prospective client is lost to voicemail.

60-Second "Speed-to-Lead" Callback: Automated outbound voice response to new web/form leads within 60 seconds of submission to maximize conversion rates.

Automated Booking Flow: Direct integration with Client’s calendar (Google/Outlook) to qualify prospects and schedule consultations or showroom tours automatically.

A2P 10DLC Compliance: Professional registration of the business brand with mobile carriers to ensure high deliverability and professional communication standards.

2. Investment & Terms:

One-Time Professional Implementation: $2,500.00 (Covers technical architecture, custom AI voice training, and systems integration).

Monthly Service Concierge Retainer: $1,497.00 (Billed every 30 days).

Initial Term: 3 Months. This 90-day commitment ensures the system is fully optimized and integrated into the Client’s sales workflow.

Usage: Includes 500 monthly AI engagement minutes. Additional minutes billed at $0.26/min.

3. Payment & Refund Policy:

The initial payment of $3,997.00 (Implementation Fee and First Month Retainer) is non-refundable. This fee covers the immediate allocation of technical labor, proprietary AI training using Client’s specific data, and expedited carrier registration.

If, within the first 30 days of the "Go-Live" date, the Client determines the system is not a fit for their operational flow, the Client may terminate the remainder of the 3-month term with written notice. Upon such termination, all future monthly billing obligations will be waived.

4. Data Security & Infrastructure:

Consultant utilizes enterprise-grade technology to ensure the highest levels of security and confidentiality:

SOC 2 Type II Audited Infrastructure: All data processing is conducted via audited providers meeting the highest global standards for security controls.

Encryption: All data in transit and at rest is protected via industry-standard AES-256 bit encryption.

5. Mutual Commitments:

Consultant agrees to have the "Initial Build" ready for testing within 72 hours of the first payment.

Client agrees to provide necessary access to calendars and lead-capture forms within 24 hours of signing to avoid deployment delays.
